Book An Appointment
Many of our clinicians offer free phone consultations to ensure a good fit — no credit card or lengthy paperwork required.
If you think you have found a good match, you can also schedule a full intake appointment as well via our electronic portal.
Step Three
Complete the Paperwork
Spoken Balance is a paperless practice.
After scheduling your appointment, paperwork is automatically sent to you — please check your spam folder. Paperwork must be filled out at least 48 hours before your first full intake appointment; otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled once the paperwork is received. Once completed, your appointment can be moved up, if desired.

Cancellation Policy
Spoken Balance maintains a 48 hour cancellation policy.
At Spoken Balance, clinicians are reserving a time slot for you. When an appointment is made, it takes an available time slot away from another patient in need of care.
Clients can log into the portal and cancel/reschedule appointments as appropriate independently.
